Character vs. Scenes Region

 

A crotchety old man who has seen it all vs. two guys that can only converse with each other.  McCroskey has a drug abuse problem and the Jive Talking Guy has his own problems like "S'mofo butter layin' me to da' BONE! Jackin' me up... tight me!"  But there can only be one to advance.

 

 

 

Winner: Jive Talking

McCroskey is a great character, he is off the wall crazy and gives us more than enough laughs to hold us over. The Jive talk scenes however are just so perfect and off the wall that they stick in our minds and leave us laughing for days. Plus, if you use these lines on people who don't speak jive, you'll sound cool!  Leg 'er down a smack 'em yak 'em!

 

 

                                                                                                                                                                                  

 

 

Moments vs Lines Region

Both of these involve dealing with substance abuse issues and the struggles of quitting.  But in the Tournament of Rad there can be only one that advances.

Because of the diversity and expandability of the 'Looks like I picked the wrong week' lines, it gives us infinite possibilities to continue using this line and laughing. It works on so many levels.
