Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Tournament of Rad
Scenes vs. Moments Region
Both of these feature all 4 Ninja Turtles, which is totally rad in and of itself. The real battle here lies in the TYPE of rad; do we want ass-kicking, nunchuck weilding, foot bashing rad? Or are we down for a wise-cracking, high-fiving, profiling (wait is that a Ric Flair reference?) Regardless, both scenes are rad, but we here at ToR are searching for a very specific type of radical.
And the Winner is...
April's Apartment Fire
Was there any question to the type of rad that we want here? If we here at ToR stand for anything, it is a good old fashioned throwndown in a newscaster's apartment. Can I give you a secret? When we do TMNT 2: Secret of the Ooze, expect the Mall scene fight to go just as far.
Character vs Lines Region
These are two diametrically opposed elements to TMNT (feel free to google that word). The calm collectedness of Splinter versus the hot-headed rage of Raphael. Splinter is know for his wisdom and Raphael is known for being thrown into a bathtub, both equally important parts of bringin' it to the Foot Clan.
And the Winner is...
Raphael
We all love Raph, deep down he's the badass we really want to be but can't (stupid societal rules). Raphael screaming DAMN!!!! is so rad because it is something I've always wanted to do, but can't never muster the pure rage needed to do so. Sure, I've sworn really loudly at stuff - but DAMN has a beautiful candor to it.
